Saturday 11/19/11 Fit For All

Hi FIT FOR ALL Fans,

Join me at 7 am at Avondale for a circuit "team" workout tomorrow morning. Bring your mat and light weights only.

By the way...we finally have an opportunity to work out at WESTLAKE beginning next week on 11/26! I invite you to join us again for the first time this winter at the indoor track and gyms. We will have access to equipment and space for the large group we became accustomed to last winter.

I'm looking forward to this opportunity we have to serve our community again this year. Please Invite your friends and family to join us as we work together to promote healthy living all around us. Be sure they register right here on the blog before attending class!

Sugar Detox Challenge!

Hi Every Body!

Several of you have mentioned an interest in uniting for a Sugar Detox Challenge...during the holidays! Although this not an easy undertaking, it may make all the difference for you in your fitness goals and re: NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS when January 1, 2012 rolls around. YOU may not need any! If you are interested, please contact Gina at gcorry2527@hotmail.com! She would love to share details about this independent challenge.

As you are probably aware, I don't advocate participating in trendy, non-sustainable diet or exercise fads. However, I can support a periodic cleanse or detox. It might be just what is needed for a healthy living jump start. Just be wise about choosing a plan that works best for you and your body! If you are under a doctor's care for any condition, please seek her/his advice before joining others in this endeavor.
