BOOTCAMP: YOU Ready? Starts June 2nd!

"TRI" SOMETHING NEW  this Summer! Train for a triathlon sprint with my 12 week plan to prepare for a race of your own choosing - or join with others to participate individually or as a relay team for the TriathaMOM Race on Saturday, August 16th 2014.

BOOTCAMP will include:
  • 12 Week Training Plan
  • Nutritional Planning
  • Skill and Strength Training by Coach Jolie Hill - Seasoned Trainer/Life Coach
  • 1 1/2 hr. Sessions - MWF & some Saturday mock races (Time TBD by group)
  • Tri Sport Specialty Training by Coach Anna Marie Miller - Seasoned Triathlete
  • An opportunity to join with a team to compete in a race of your choice
 You will need to provide:
  • Road Bike & equipment
  • Swim Suit & equipment (we will swim at the SSOA swimming pool) 
  • Running Shoes
  • Dumbells, Jump Rope, Mat & Stability Ball
  • Registration fees for one race of your choice to compete in this Summer!
  • Monthly unlimited training pass - $50: Join me for training sessions MWF & Sat. June 2nd-August 16th or follow the plan to train on your own when your summer vacations or schedules get in the way of training with the group.
