I'm BAAAACK...AND ready to go with my 2014 Fall Schedule :)

Come join me!! (For newbies...your first class is free!)

M-W-F @ 5 am:
X Fit HIIT Training (Full body - High Intensity Interval Training designed to build strength and endurance.)

M-W-F @ 6 AM: (These classes are designed to develop specified major muscle groups each day.)
M = Legs & Buns
F= Core & Cardio Circuit

Come join me TOMORROW! I have some 'special' workouts planned that I KNOW will challenge you :)

SATURDAY CLASSES: As many of you know, I have worked with Westlake over the past 4 years to offer a Saturday workout free of charge to our community. It is something we have to renegotiate year by year. I have heard we will be able to begin in January 2015 and will keep you updated on things as they develop.

YOGA: I am still working on adding Yoga to the schedule. Abby has been out of town, but will be available in mid October to begin...if we have the interest. We are looking at Thursdays at 8:30 pm as our day and time to begin with.

EMAIL ME at befitwithjolie@gmail.com if you have interest in attending Yoga and/or would like to be added to the nightly group text. This text will let you know what to bring and what to plan for re: the workout for the next day...and will help you to follow through on your overall fitness plan.
