8 p.m. Pilates (Jolie/Brittany)
Friday
5 a.m. PiYo [Pilates & Yoga Fusion!] (Jolie/Liz)
6 a.m. Cardio Blast [Week 1=ZUMBA!; Week 2=Turbo Jam; Week 3=Max Intervals Week 4; Cardio=Abs] (Jolie/Liz/Katie)
8:15 a.m. Pump & Cardio Circuit (Jolie)
Saturday
7 a.m. Fit for All [AT WESTLAKE HIGH SCHOOL] (Team)
