Here's a plan for workouts this week. If you can attend classes, I can help you follow through on our goal to stay healthy during this enjoyable but crazy time of year! If you can't attend classes this week...implement this plan to stay on track during the holidays :)
Monday:
5 am Power Pump = Legs and Lats
6 am Boot Camp = P.H.A.T. (Peripheral Heart Action Training - Full Body) & Max Intervals
Tuesday:
5 am = Personal Training with Liz (By Appointment Only - Text me to schedule)
5:30-6:30 am = Pure Cardio (New class designed to give you an indoor option during winter months)
Wednesday:
5 am Power Pump = Core Control (Abs/Glutes/Back)
6 am Boot Camp = P.H.A.T. Training & Max Intervals
Thursday: 5 am Personal Training with Liz (By Appointment Only - Text me to schedule)
5:30 am = Pure Cardio
8:30 pm = Yoga
Friday:
5 am Power Pump = YOGALATES w/ Arms, Chest & Shoulders Emphasis
6 am Boot Camp = P.H.A.T. Training & Max Intervals
Saturday Fit For All:
7 am Fit For All will be held at Avondale Academy. Dress in layers to be prepared for both outdoor & indoor training!
Due to my travel schedule this week, Liz will be teaching my classes from Wed 11/2 @ 6 am (I will teach at 5 am) through Monday 11/7.
I hope you'll Commit to BE FIT during this first week of the Holidays. Experience confirms that it WILL make ALL the difference when January 1, 2012 hits...before you know it!
