NEW Summer Schedule!

Hello Everyone!

Now that the kids are out of school, you have made it clear that your needs are changing. Our goal at Be Fit is to provide you a comprehensive program for health and wellness. Join the Be Fit Team for the following new class schedule designed to accommodate you! Our summer schedule will run from Monday June 6th to Saturday August 13th.

All classes last only 1 hr. (unless otherwise noted) and are held at Avondale or Westlake High School outdoor track (Saturdays ONLY unless otherwise noted).

M/W 5:00 am: Boot Camp Challenge (Jolie or Liz)
Fri. 5:00 am: Yogalates (Jolie)
M/W/F 6-6:30 am: Cardio Blast (Jolie or Liz)
M/W/F 6:30 am: Circuit (Jolie)
Tues. 8:30 pm: Yoga (Nita)
Thur. 8:30 pm: Pilates (Melissa)
Sat. 7:00 am: Fit For All (Jolie/Melissa/Liz/Nita) F.Y.I...This is a free class that will be offered every Saturday through July 31st. We will take the month of August off for vacations!

Punch Pass Prices Are as Follows:(First Class & Saturday Class is FREE!)
1 class = $5.00
10 pass = $45 or $4.50 per class
20 Pass = $80.00 or $4.00 per class
Kristi Approved 12 Week Meal Guide = $50
Be Fit Tee Shirts (available soon!)= $15
You can purchase punch passes and other items at class!
